Adam Rinder has been designing and facilitating live, transformative events for more than 15 years. As a founding member of AcroYoga International, he established himself in a leadership role, co-facilitating teacher trainings, workshops and immersions around the globe. He has been featured as a presenter at various conferences, including Yoga Journal LIVE, German Yoga Conference and Wanderlust Festival. During his tenure, he has had direct contact with thousands of practitioners across five continents.
Adam has worked privately with some of the world’s most influential entrepreneurs, such as Sergey Brin (co-founder of Google), Robert Duffy (co-founder of Marc Jacobs) and Lee Daniels (Film Producer & Director).
In his spare time, Adam contributed to the rapid growth of Om Factory as one of NYC's most innovative studios during his tenure as Creative Director and Managing Partner. He worked in collaboration with its founder, Faramarz, who refers to himself as a yoga anarchist. Together, they became pioneers for a new paradigm for yoga centers, balancing fun and irreverence with integrity and innovation.
He currently resides in Tucson, Arizona, where he is branching out into the corporate world as a Leadership Coach and Culture Advisor to Boards, Executives and Management Teams. He designs experiences that promote principles of transformative leadership from the inside out, focusing on how leadership teams can support their staff in creating the optimal conditions to collaborate with high levels of trust, synergy and purpose.
